Water Main Break

Update on Saturday/Sunday water main break on Ocean Blvd.:
Water District and contractor crews worked throughout the day to fix this water main break. Once uncovered, it was found to be a gasket on a 45 degree bend that caused the leak. Hats off to Arik, Jacob, Caleb and crew members from BCK for sticking with it in very cold conditions.

Main break on Ocean Blvd on 3/1/2025 at 2:30 pm. Water flow in the system has been increased to recover from the lost water. Some areas may experience discolored water from iron sediment. The break has been isolated and a crew is scheduled to repair the break first thing tomorrow morning. Areas that may experience discoloration include, Grove, Central, Fern, Locke, Harbor and Washington Rd. from Fern to Ocean Blvd. Thank you for your understanding.
